Dispatch Times
Orders are usually sent out within 2–3 days, Monday to Friday, using the Royal Mail postage option you choose at checkout.
Just a little heads‑up that we don’t dispatch on Public Bank Holidays, so your order may take longer during those times.
Every parcel is packed with care to make sure it reaches you safely. Smaller orders travel in a sturdy hard‑backed envelope, while larger ones are tucked into a protective letterbox‑friendly box.
Royal Mail Announcement:
Effective from 7 July 2025, Second Class and Economy Letters and Large Letters will be delivered on alternating weekdays (Monday–Friday).
