Is it better to leave the personalisation in capitals?
We recommend that you don’t use capitals unless this is part of the design. We do cut copy and paste the personalisation.
Can I see proof or my card etc before being dispatched?
Yes I can send over a PDF for your approval, if requested.
Can I ask for a custom design?
Yes, If it is possible I can do a custom order. A PDF proof will sent over for your approval before printing.
Will I get an envelope with my card?
All cards come with a white envelope.
Can I send cards direct to a recipient?
Yes, if it helps, we’re happy to send your card straight to the recipient. Just pop their address in at checkout and we’ll take care of the rest.
If you’d like to send cards to multiple people, you’ll need to place each one as a separate order so the correct postage is applied for each recipient.
Faulty Goods
If something arrives and it’s not quite right, don’t worry we’re here to help. Just send us an email at admin@cottoncandystudio.co.uk to let us know what’s happened, and one of our lovely customer service team members will guide you on where to send your return. Once we receive the faulty item, we’ll happily send a replacement or issue a full refund. We’ll also cover your return postage for Royal Mail 1st Class just remember to ask the Post Office for a free Certificate of Posting.
Refunds are usually processed within 2 working days of us receiving your return, straight back to your credit/debit card. Unless we’ve arranged a replacement instead.
