Should you wish to alter the text, please contact us prior to placing your order. We strive to accommodate all requests, although certain template designs may restrict the editability of specific elements.
Adding a change/additional text without sending a message prior to ordering will NOT be added, please don’t presume additional or change of text will be added.

Following dispatch, delivery times are managed exclusively by Royal Mail. Please be aware that their current reliability may not match previous standards.
Consequently, refunds cannot be issued for delayed deliveries, as all stated time frames are estimates. For time-sensitive orders, we advise upgrading postage to first class, as standard postage defaults to second class.
